Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling:
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed according to agreed terms and conditions. Negotiate contract terms when necessary to align with project goals and optimize outcomes.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, contracts, budget update, change orders, and safety records.
    • Prepare and present regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Establish and sustain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver progress updates, resolve concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
    • Provide consistent updates on project progress, address concerns promptly, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Budget Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial limits. Provide accurate cost estimates, oversee procurement processes, and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.

  • Quality Control & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality and comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and address any issues.

  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and issues that may arise during construction, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. Monitor and address safety concerns on-site to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Professional certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP)) are a plus.

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, etc)

  • Project Management Expertise:
    • Demonstrated excellence in project management, time management, and leadership to drive successful outcomes. Comprehensive knowledge of project management methods, construction materials, and regulations in Malaysia, including familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws.

  • Technical Proficiency & Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc).
    • Solid financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and contracts.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.

  • Experience in construction for Semiconductor and / or life science facility is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractor and trade coordination, ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality standards, and engineering specifications.
  • Monitoring progress and quality of work to identify and resolve any site issues or delays that may impact the project schedule, escalate to project/site manager when necessary.
  • Track and prepare daily reports on work progress and manpower efficiency.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed records, reports, and documentation related to construction activities, site inspections, and work progress.
  • Assist the project manager in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, updating construction work progress including site photos, manpower loading and site inspections.
  • Provide regular updates on task status during daily meeting to Project/Construction manager.
  • Conduct site inspection and verify on-site work to ensure all works are carried out including quality in accordance to the drawings and engineering specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures in compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, subcontractors, supplier or its related parties on technical and contractual obligations to achieve a smooth and efficient implementation of the project. Ensure that all work complies with industry regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
  • Address unforeseen site challenges, implementing corrective actions in coordination with the project team.
  • Verify and monitor installation works to ensure accuracy in contractor claims and progress billing.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support overall project objectives.
Job Requirements:
  • At least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Construction or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of on-site construction supervision experience. Experience in construction for high rise commercial/residential project is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, both oral & written.
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings/specifications and manage site operations independently.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of workers and subcontractors.
  • Well versed with construction sequence and ensures that works at site are completed within the stipulated timeline.
  • Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical or electrical systems, construction practices, materials, methods, and relevant standards/codes.
  • Good problem-solving skills and drawings knowledge, with the ability to quickly resolve issues that arise during construction.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project records.
  • A team player with a positive working attitude, ability to work effectively in a project-based environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia to support the constructions.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed mechanical/electrical designs, including calculations, specifications, schematics, and layouts for systems.
  • Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, user requirements, and related specifications.
  • Prepare and compile tender drawings, tender documents, equipment technical specifications, and tender reports.
  • Perform technical analysis, calculations, and simulations to meet safety and engineering regulations.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical/electrical systems to ensure design accuracy.
  • Conduct on and off site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Supervise and verify on-site work to meet specifications, providing technical support to the project team.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineers, architects, and consultants to provide integrated design solutions.
  • Attend design coordination meetings, site meetings, and liaise with external parties, including clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager/Engineering Manager.
  • Review engineering documents, designs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct inspections and audits for quality control, providing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure all project deliverables align with client expectations and meet industry standards.
  • Provide technical assistance and solutions for engineering problems encountered during design or construction phases.
  • Participate in the commissioning of systems and develop documentation in collaboration with sub-contractors.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-6 years in similar post (Senior Engineer) and 1-2 years in similar post (Engineer) with work experience in engineering or building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system, Electrical and Control system.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and excellent attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills, both oral & written.

Job Responsibilities:

  • BIM Model Development & Coordination:
    • Develop, update, and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant platforms for various engineering projects, including MEP, Process, architectural, structural, and civil systems.
    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure that BIM models meet project specifications, standards, and design intent.
    • Coordinate the integration of multi-disciplinary models (architectural, structural, MEP, Process) and ensure the models are aligned with project goals and requirements.
    • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems (e.g., MEP, structural, architectural components).

  • Technical Drawings & Documentation:
    • Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, and diagrams based on BIM models and project specifications together with Engineers.
    • Ensure all drawings and models comply with project guidelines, CAD/BIM standards, and client specifications.
    • Cross-check and verify all elevation drawings, CAD files, and BIM data from architects and engineers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards for all documentation and deliverables.

  • Collaboration & Design Support:
    • Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Project teams to understand drawing requirements and project goals.
    • Attend design meetings and contribute valuable insights on drawing requirements, design constraints, and workflow optimizations.
    • Provide BIM and CAD support to team members and external stakeholders.

  • BIM/CAD Standards & Quality Assurance
    • Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to BIM standards, templates, and workflows for the project.
    • Conduct quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant project and industry standards.
    • Maintain proper documentation of revisions, updates, and changes made to BIM models and technical drawings.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in BIM and CAD.

  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and milestones.

  • Support the project teams in meeting client deliverables and ensuring the timely delivery of BIM and CAD outputs.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • BIM Software Proficiency: Deep understanding and practical application of BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
    • BIM Standards and Protocols: Knowledge of industry standards (BIM Level 2, COBie, etc.) and ability to apply them to project workflows.
    • Clash Detection and Resolution: Expertise in identifying and resolving clashes, coordinating with various design disciplines.
    • Data Management and Interoperability: Proficiency in managing and exchanging BIM data, ensuring data consistency and interoperability between different software platforms.
    • BIM Library: Create and manage BIM content libraries for MEP components.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling, preferably within MEP disciplines.
    • Proven expertise in BIM coordination and clash detection, with experience using tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve design conflicts.
    • Familiarity with project work at LOD 300 is required; experience with LOD 500 is an added advantage.
    • Fast-Tracked Projects: Experience in fast-paced project environments, such as semi-conductor, data centres or factory expansions.
    • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, civil) to ensure design integration.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as BIM 360, for efficient coordination.

  • High level of accuracy and precision to ensure all MEP systems are effectively modelled and coordinated.

  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of working in a project-driven, multi-disciplinary environment and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites across Malaysia if required.

  • Experience in an engineering consultancy or contractor environment, particularly in semiconductor facilities or life science projects, is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tender and contract documents.
  • Pre and post contract management.
  • Liaise with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors.
  • Prepare costing and budget.
  • Produce relevant monthly reports.
  • Sourcing of sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and keep track of project expenses.
  • Submission of progressive claims and variation orders.
  • Evaluate sub-contractors’ claim.
    • Ensure timely closure of all main contracts and sub-contracts final accounts.
    • Support the site team.
    • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
    • Willing to travel to cover any projects within Malaysia to support the project.
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or similar.
    • Fresh graduates with positive attitude, willingness to learn, analytical and extremely thorough in details are encouraged to apply.
